A note on COVID-19 and Bend

We hope this note finds you safe and healthy. Whether you’re a Bend customer or partner, or you’re simply looking for answers to how the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) is impacting HSAs, we’re here for you, and we want you to know about the actions we’re taking in response to the coronavirus pandemic.

The health and well-being of our customers, colleagues and communities are our highest priorities, and we’re committed to helping support community health management efforts while providing no loss of service to our customers. Luckily, our employees are the best at what they do, and extremely adaptable as to how and where they do their work. As a modern technology company we have all of the tools in place so our team can work from anywhere. What this means is that Bend will remain open to be able to provide the same level of service you’ve come to expect from us. Our team is available and ready to help you, no matter your need.

Be prepared

We will continue to provide you with access to your HSA funds and account, but we want you to be as prepared as possible during this time of uncertainty and panic buying. To ensure the items you purchase are HSA eligible, please consider purchasing from the HSA Store's list of virus preparedness items found here. They have offered a Fair Price Pledge to their consumers and will donate a portion of the proceeds from the sales on their virus preparedness page to the CDC Foundation.
